Job Description

Inbank is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team in Kaunas. This role involves being the first point of contact for clients, providing consultations via phone, email, or in person to help them find the best financial solutions. The specialist will analyze client needs, deliver clear and professional information, resolve issues, manage documents, and contribute to sales goals.

• Consulting clients by phone, email, or in person
• Analyzing client needs and providing financial solutions
• Resolving issues and ensuring a smooth client experience
• Managing documentation and contracts
• Contributing to sales goals

They are looking for someone with customer service experience or a strong desire to learn. Fluency in Lithuanian is required, along with problem-solving skills, a client-oriented approach, and a positive attitude. Experience in finance and knowledge of English are advantageous.
