Parts Advisor - Jeddah

Job Description

Lucid Motors is seeking a Parts Advisor in Jeddah to facilitate parts operations and achieve targets in customer satisfaction, retention, and productivity. The Parts Advisor will adhere to company values and standard operating procedures.This role involves:

• Greeting customers and determining their needs
• Matching customers' needs with appropriate parts or services
• Monitoring inventory and reordering parts
• Tracking parts accurately
• Resolving discrepancies between computer inventory and actual parts
• Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience
• Advising and educating customers

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
• Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in parts operations area
• PC skills and experience using DMS and CRM software
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Automotive and technical knowledge
