Job Description
Lucid Motors is seeking a Parts Supervisor in Riyadh to facilitate parts operations and achieve targets in customer satisfaction and productivity. The Parts Supervisor will maintain relationships with customers, manage inventory levels, and utilize computer systems for recordkeeping. They will also develop action plans for department profitability and lead the Parts Department team.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Maintain proper parts inventory levels.
- Utilize computers for inventory and recordkeeping.
- Develop action plans for department profitability.
- Lead and train team members.
- Establish and control inventory system.
- Interpret inventory reports and pricing procedures.
- Monitor parts inventory and anticipate needs.
- Manage profit in the Parts Department.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in parts operations
- Knowledge in Automotive and mechanical repairs
- English language proficiency
- Time management skills
- Active learning ability
- Stress tolerance
- Problem sensitivity
- Inductive reasoning
- Inter-personal relationship skills
