Job Description

Pismo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Financial Accounting Squad in Brazil. This role involves taking ownership of writing efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code, leading the design and implementation of robust test strategies, and actively contributing to all stages of the software development lifecycle. The Senior Software Engineer will also drive continuous improvements in existing codebases, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure system stability and performance.Role involves:

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English at B1 level (Intermediate)
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with GoLang in production environments
• Proven experience designing, architecting, and developing high-availability, high-throughput systems using Java and GoLang
• Hands-on expertise with AWS services such as SQS, SNS, EventBridge, S3, Step Functions, and Lambda
• Strong background in microservices architecture
• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases at scale
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices
• Deep testing expertise across various testing methodologies
