Job Description
Goodnotes is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to enhance their quality assurance processes. The role involves ensuring the delivery of elegant and delightful solutions to users. The QA Engineer will be a key part of a Cross-Functional Product team and will be the voice of Quality.
Responsibilities:
- Managing manual QA contractors delivery
- Enhancing and expanding the UI automation test suite
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve QA processes
- Working with product and engineering teams to ensure testability of new features
- Managing and executing test cases (manual and automated)
- Assisting the Customer Support team in debugging complex issues
- Analyzing and managing bug tickets
Requirements:
- Experience implementing best practices and tools for software QA
- Experience with UI automation
- Experience mentoring team members or contractors
- Hands-on experience with manual testing on multiple platforms (iOS, Mac, Android, Windows)
- Experience designing and executing QA processes for new products
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving and communication skills
- Interest in growing automation testing skills
