Program Manager - Case Management

• Ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency in medical records and case management services.
• Advocating for appropriate services for consumers.
• Implementing and monitoring customer service standards.
• Participating in the development of team goals.
• Training and evaluating clinical and administrative support staff.
• Completing performance evaluations and providing coaching.
• Participating in the selection process for new hires.
• Conducting audits to ensure compliance with policies.
• Assisting with financial planning and budgeting.
• Maintaining a trauma-informed environment.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Licensure required within 1 year (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist).
• Valid Colorado Driver license and clean driving record.
• Three years in mental health or human services.
• Managerial or clinical supervisory experience preferred.
