Job Description
JD Sports Fashion, a leading multi-channel retailer of sports and outdoor fashion, is seeking a Floor Manager for their store in Rozzano, Milan. The Floor Manager will report directly to the Store Manager and support the Management Team in enhancing customer service and maintaining company standards.
Role Involves:
- Opening and closing the store, including merchandise arrangement and team briefings.
- Monitoring profitability through KPIs.
- Providing exemplary customer service and handling customer complaints.
- Ensuring the store's visual presentation aligns with company standards.
- Managing stock rotation and product density.
- Participating in loss prevention and control.
- Managing the cash register and handling daily transactions.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in structured retail environments, preferably in dynamic and multinational contexts.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Leadership and strong relational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Office package (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
