JD Sports Fashion, founded in 1981, is a leading multi-channel retailer of sports and outdoor fashion in the UK and Europe. The group has over 2,400 stores and aims to offer customers the latest products from top brands. They are looking for STAGE Sales Assistant.

The Sales Assistant will acquire the skills necessary to ensure the best possible service to customers. He will assist the customer in all phases of the sale, from the choice to the purchase of the product, making sure that the targets are reached. He will provide alternatives and maximize sales by also exploiting the digital channels that the company offers, guaranteeing maximum customer satisfaction. He will assist in the constant maintenance of standards on the sales floor and verify the stock present on the sales floor, replacing it when necessary, in order to ensure that the entire range of sizes is present.

Role involves:

• Assisting customers in all phases of the sale.
• Maximizing sales through digital channels.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Verifying and replenishing stock on the sales floor.

Requirements:

• Preferable experience in customer-facing activities outside of Retail.
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
