Job Description
JD Sports Fashion, a leading multi-channel retailer of sports and outdoor fashion, is seeking a Supervisor for their new store in Bolzano, Italy. The Supervisor will report directly to the Store Manager and support the Management Team in enhancing customer service and maintaining company standards.
Role Involves:
- Opening and closing the store, including merchandise arrangement and team briefings.
- Monitoring KPIs to ensure profitability.
- Providing excellent customer service and handling customer complaints.
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards and stock rotation.
- Managing store keys and overseeing merchandise and personnel.
- Participating in loss prevention and inventory control.
- Handling cash register operations, including opening and closing, and managing returns and refunds.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in structured retail environments, preferably in dynamic and multinational contexts.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Leadership and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
