Job Description
JD Sports is seeking an Area Retail Profit Protection Manager in Belgium. This role involves maximizing profitability by protecting company assets, including personnel, buildings, stock, and costs. The ideal candidate will uphold core department values and maintain a visible presence in their designated area.

Responsibilities:
  • Conducting Stock Audits and investigating stock losses.
  • Providing training and guidance to store managers on audit preparation.
  • Conducting on-site investigations and branch closure duties.
  • Maintaining knowledge of CCTV systems and conducting Security Compliance Checklists.
  • Investigating internal dishonesty and supporting managers on security issues.
  • Ensuring the protection of company property and compliance with procedures.
  • Attending courts or tribunals and liaising with external agencies.
  • Managing incidents of workplace violence and installing CCTV systems.

Requirements:
  • Expertise in Profit Protection and Asset Protection.
  • Proficiency in conducting and managing Stock Audits.
  • Strong background in Loss Prevention and Stock Investigation.
  • Ability to prepare for and facilitate Audits, including training and guiding audit managers.
  • Experience in on-site investigations and branch closure procedures.
  • Knowledge of CCTV systems and their operation.
  • Conducting regular Security Compliance Checklists with actionable feedback.
  • Investigative skills in internal dishonesty cases.
  • Training and supporting managers and store personnel on security issues.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Criminal Law and HR guidelines/procedures.
