Job Description
JD Sports Fashion is seeking a Floor Manager for their store in Arese, Milan. The Floor Manager will support the Store Manager and act as a key point of contact for the sales team. They will be responsible for various aspects of store operations, sales management, and team leadership.
Role Involves:
- Managing store opening and closing activities.
- Overseeing the sales floor and ensuring team cohesion.
- Monitoring KPIs such as Gain, Profit, ATV, UPT, ASP, and Conversion Rate.
- Coordinating and motivating the sales team.
- Providing excellent customer service and handling customer complaints.
- Assisting with recruitment, training, and development of staff.
- Managing employee schedules and monitoring conduct.
- Ensuring store security and loss prevention.
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Managing cash register operations and handling returns/refunds.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in managing structured retail outlets, preferably in dynamic and multinational contexts.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Leadership and good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Office package (Outlook, Word and Excel).
