Job Description

JD Sports Fashion, a leading retailer of sports and outdoor fashion, is seeking a Floor Manager for their store in Busnago C.C. "Il Globo". The Floor Manager will support the Store Manager and act as a key point of contact for the sales staff.

Role Involves:

• Opening and closing the store, including merchandise arrangement and briefings.
• Managing the sales floor and ensuring cohesion among staff.
• Monitoring KPIs such as Gain, Profit, ATV, UPT, ASP, and Conversion Rate.
• Coordinating and motivating the sales team, delegating tasks and providing feedback.
• Participating in sales activities and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Handling customer complaints efficiently and courteously.
• Supporting the Store Manager in recruitment and ensuring staff training.
• Performing administrative tasks related to hiring.
• Identifying employee potential and providing feedback for growth.
• Organizing staff schedules based on activity fluctuations.
• Monitoring employee conduct and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Ensuring the general safety of the store.
• Maintaining the presentation of the store according to company standards.
• Ensuring regular maintenance of common areas.
• Managing merchandise and personnel entering and exiting the store.
• Participating in loss prevention and control.
• Managing the cash register and overseeing daily cash management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in managing structured retail outlets, preferably in dynamic, multinational contexts.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Leadership and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Office package (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
