Job Description

JD Sports Fashion, founded in 1981, is seeking a Store Manager for their store in Merano C.C. "Algo Maxi Mode Shopping Center" in Lagundo, South Tyrol, Italy. The Store Manager will play a key role in leading the point of sale. He/she will be responsible for achieving commercial objectives, managing costs, and optimizing store profitability through the execution of sales strategies. The Store Manager will also manage personnel, recruit staff in collaboration with the People department, and develop and motivate staff to promote career progression within the group. He/she will guarantee the quality of customer service, manage complaints effectively, and ensure the good presentation of the store in collaboration with the merchandising team. He/she will also manage the entry and exit of goods, participate in loss prevention, and guarantee the daily management of cash operations.Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Previous experience in managing structured points of sale
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Leadership and good relational and communication skills
• Knowledge of the Office package (Outlook, Word and Excel)
