Product Manager II

Job Description

Tekion is seeking a Product Manager II to join their Parts Product team. The Product Manager will be responsible for expanding Tekion's wholesale parts and parts inventory management capabilities. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that address the operational needs of automotive dealerships.Tekion is a company that positively disrupts the automotive industry with its cloud-native automotive platform. Tekion connects the entire spectrum of the automotive retail ecosystem through one seamless platform.Responsibilities:

• Drive product development for key features within the Parts Management module.
• Collaborate with senior product leaders to shape the product roadmap.
• Conduct discovery with dealership users, field teams, and implementation specialists.
• Use a data-driven approach to define success metrics and prioritize enhancements.
• Ensure smooth execution by working closely with engineering, QA, and design teams.
• Help build scalable, intuitive experiences that support high-volume B2B parts transactions.
• Champion responsiveness and clarity in communication.
• Stay informed on trends in wholesale distribution, parts logistics, and automotive SaaS.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in product management, program management, business analysis, or implementation roles within B2B SaaS.
• Understanding of wholesale distribution, parts/inventory management, or similar operational domains.
• Fast learner with a strong customer mindset.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively across technical and business teams.
• Accountable, curious, and proactive.
