LivePerson, a global leader in enterprise conversations, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Mid Market Account Executive. This role focuses on driving new business pipeline growth from existing accounts and new markets within the West Coast territory. The ideal candidate will cultivate customer relationships, strengthen LivePerson's reach, and ensure customer satisfaction.He/She will be responsible for managing customer P&Ls, ensuring they meet or exceed revenue and EBIT objectives. The Senior Account Executive will also lead business and strategy updates, maintain expertise on LivePerson technology, and participate in innovation projects.Responsibilities:
  • Establish and drive a new business pipeline.
  • Manage customer P&Ls to meet revenue and EBIT objectives.
  • Lead business and strategy updates.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise on LivePerson technology.
  • Participate in strategic cross-functional innovation projects.
  • Own, manage, and drive customer contracts and renewals.
  • Own all customer communication and solution adoption.
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of account executive and management experience.
  • Experience in SaaS, management consulting, software, or technology.
  • Experience working with C-level Client executives.
  • Excellent client relationship, team leadership, and delivery skills.
  • Excellent business data analysis and modeling expertise.
  • Excellent computer, presentation, communication, and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical, assessment, and problem-solving skills.
