Job Description
Addepar is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join their team in New York. This role is pivotal in aligning business strategy, product development, and technology execution for Addepar's trading solutions. The Technical Product Manager will collaborate with various teams to define scalable architecture and business processes, ensuring innovation and efficiency.
Role Involves:
- Defining business architecture for Trading Rebalance.
- Establishing a scalable framework for portfolio rebalancing and tax optimization.
- Analyzing existing trading workflows and identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with trading regulations.
- Driving product roadmap decisions and aligning engineering resources.
- Partnering with design teams to implement innovative workflows.
- Working with third-party execution platforms and brokerage integrations.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in business architecture, product strategy, or trading technology.
- Deep understanding of portfolio management and order management systems.
- Experience with multi-asset trading and tax-loss harvesting.
- Strong knowledge of FIX protocols and API-driven trading.
- Familiarity with Java, SQL, and cloud technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
