Job Description

Truecaller is seeking a Senior IT-Operations Specialist to transform and elevate its internal IT landscape. The role involves driving the centralization and standardization of IT processes, streamlining operations, and ensuring the technology environment enhances productivity and security. The ideal candidate will work hands-on with Google Workspace, Atlassian, AI, and other modern SaaS tools, collaborating with business stakeholders and the security team to build a scalable, secure, and future-proof IT foundation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support for employees using Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.
  • Set up and configure laptops, user accounts, and system access for new hires.
  • Design, document, and implement IT processes and best practices.
  • Administer, optimize, and continuously improve Google Workspace and the Atlassian stack.
  • Collaborate with business units to deliver IT solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and support IT staff.
  • Manage IT projects and oversee vendor relationships.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Evaluate and introduce new technologies to enhance the IT environment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT administration, operations, or similar senior technical roles.
  • Deep expertise in Google Workspace and Atlassian stack administration and optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS/cloud-based IT infrastructure.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing IT processes, policies, and documentation.
  • Solid understanding of IT security, compliance, and data privacy principles.
  • Experience managing IT projects.
  • Advanced troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
