IT Business Analyst/Project Manager | Investment Banking

Job Description

Capco is seeking an IT Business Analyst/Project Manager to join their Hong Kong team. Capco is a global technology and management consultancy specializing in digital transformation within the financial services and insurance industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capital markets and experience delivering change initiatives for leading investment banks.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with senior clients to deliver large-scale change initiatives.
• Define and overcome complex problems and provide innovative solutions.
• Gather performance, functional, user stories, business process requirements, and technology architectures.
• Prioritize issues, analyze data, and manage team capacity.
• Structure and build quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Analyze operational and financial data.
• Communicate project statuses to senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an IT BA/PM within an investment bank.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, trading systems, or post-trade processing.
• Experience using Fidessa, Ullink, ISTAR, or GETS.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience with a top management consulting firm.
• Knowledge of agile ways of working is an advantage.
• Openness to developmental feedback.
