Job Description

Capco, a Wipro company, is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to drive digital transformation in the financial services industry. The candidate will be responsible for collecting and translating user insights into delightful experiences, creating functional and visually appealing features, and leading the definition and creation of design systems.

The Senior UX/UI Designer will work within delivery teams, collaborate with researchers and product owners, and provide guidance to junior team members. They will also present to client stakeholders and stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends.

Role involves:

  • Collecting and translating user insights into delightful experiences.
  • Creating functional and visually appealing features.
  • Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex designs.
  • Crafting high-fidelity visual designs across all stages.
  • Leading the definition and creation of design systems and component libraries.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest UI trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in user experience and visual/digital design.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, XD, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience on digital design projects in complex system design and responsive platform/application design.
  • Experience working within delivery teams with experience in an iterative test and learn design process.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Ability to lead large and complex projects.
  • Understanding of user journey and wireframe structure.
  • Solid presentation skills and good organizational/written communication skills.
  • Experience in an Agile delivery environment.
  • Ability to communicate in both Thai & English.
