Job Description

Capco is seeking a Business Process Consultant to join their team in Kosice, Slovakia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, automating, and optimizing Front2Back processes, working closely with stakeholders to break down processes, design workflows, and implement transformative solutions using tools like Camunda. This role involves solving complex problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making a tangible difference in process efficiency and scalability.

Role involves:

  • Identifying opportunities for automation, scaling, and optimization of business processes.
  • Participating in key Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases including planning, analysis, design & development, testing, deployment & support.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure deliverables align with business goals.
  • Providing deployment services such as training and data conversion.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Python or SQL developer.
  • Solid understanding of banking processes (Retail or Private Banking experience is a plus).
  • Fluent in English (Bonus: German speakers welcome!).
  • Hands-on experience with Process Design and BPM Workflow tools (specifically Camunda).
  • Knowledge of BluePrism, AI-powered applications, Agile methods, and Change Management is a big advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for digging into problems with curiosity and determination.
