Job Description

Capco is seeking a Business Process Consultant to join their team in Prague. The consultant will be responsible for designing, automating, and optimizing Front2Back processes, working closely with stakeholders to break down processes, design workflows, and implement transformative solutions using tools like Camunda. The role involves participating in key Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases, including planning, analysis, design & development, testing, deployment & support.

Role involves:

  • Designing, automating, and optimizing Front2Back processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Participating in key Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases.
  • Providing deployment services like training, data conversion, and ensuring a smooth production turnover.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Python or SQL developer.
  • Solid understanding of banking processes (Retail or Private Banking experience is a plus).
  • Fluent in English (Bonus: German speakers welcome!).
  • Hands-on experience with Process Design and BPM Workflow tools (specifically Camunda).
  • Knowledge of BluePrism, AI-powered applications, Agile methods, and Change Management is a big advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for digging into problems with curiosity and determination.
