Senior .NET Developer (Capital Markets)

Job Description

Capco Poland is seeking a Senior .NET Developer with capital markets experience. The role is primarily remote, but may require occasional trips to London or Warsaw. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop complex software applications.

The Senior .NET Developer will work within a team of developers, providing technical direction and ensuring best practices in software development. They will collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications using .NET technologies, as well as reviewing and optimizing code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Providing technical direction to a team of developers

• 6+ years of experience in .NET Development (.NET Core, .NET 8/.NET 9)
• 2+ years of experience in a lead role
• Experience in cloud services (AWS preferred)
• Experience in frontend (React preferred)
• Experience with Message Bus technologies
• Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control (GIT) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience in GraphQL
• Experience with Redis
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Great problem-solving skills, flexible, open-minded with entrepreneurial mind set
• Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science or related topic
• Capital Markets experience
