Job Description
Veeam Software, the #1 global market leader in data resilience, is seeking a Plugin Developer to join their team. This role focuses on developing plugins for Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) Solutions and integrating them with Veeam products. The Plugin Developer will contribute to documentation for Veeam’s knowledge base.
Role Involves:
- Developing and supporting plugins for SOAR services
- Performing troubleshooting and analysis, including log file investigation
- Proactively staying up to date with all the latest technologies concerning Veeam’s products and the underlying technologies
- Contributing to documentation for Veeam’s knowledge base
Requirements:
- A university degree in a technical field
- Knowledge of any programming languages like JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, etc.
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Unix OS and systems administration
- Understanding of the principles of software design and development
- Basic knowledge of algorithms and data structures
- Basic knowledge of Syslog and RESTful APIs
- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and explain technical information
- English proficiency sufficient to communicate with international teams
