Talkdesk is seeking an Associate Solutions Engineer to provide business-driven consulting to prospective and existing customers. The Solutions Engineer will be an experienced operator in the Contact Center space, knowledgeable about the industry's nuances. This role involves pre-sales engineering support, solution qualification and execution, solution architecture, and post-sale upsell. The Solutions Engineer will be a thought leader, able to address C-level discussions and expand revenue opportunities.Responsibilities include:
- Understanding customer-specific needs to provide business-driven consulting.
- Providing business-centric expertise to differentiate Talkdesk's solutions.
- Moving between facets of the sales cycle.
- Addressing C-level discussions and expanding revenue opportunities.
