Job Description
Talkdesk is seeking a Senior Director of Value Consulting to provide business-driven consulting to prospects and existing customers. This role requires an expert understanding of industry-specific needs and the ability to differentiate Talkdesk's solutions from the competition. The Senior Director will be a credible thought leader, capable of addressing C-level discussions and expanding revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrates real-world experience within given industry vertical.
  • Provides recommendations to the sales lead regarding solutions and services.
  • Possesses an excellent understanding of Talkdesk content, technology and messaging.
  • Collaborates with design, and conducts industry-specific demonstrations.
  • Provides strategic recommendations for Talkdesk’s content and services roadmap.
  • Collaborates with Marketing and Engineering to create industry-specific go-to-market messaging/collateral.

Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of AI and its relation to the CX space.
  • Exceptional internal and external customer responsiveness.
