Job Description
Talkdesk is seeking a Senior Director of Value Consulting to provide business-driven consulting to prospects and existing customers. This role requires an expert understanding of industry-specific needs and the ability to differentiate Talkdesk's solutions from the competition. The Senior Director will be a credible thought leader, capable of addressing C-level discussions and expanding revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates real-world experience within given industry vertical.
- Provides recommendations to the sales lead regarding solutions and services.
- Possesses an excellent understanding of Talkdesk content, technology and messaging.
- Collaborates with design, and conducts industry-specific demonstrations.
- Provides strategic recommendations for Talkdesk’s content and services roadmap.
- Collaborates with Marketing and Engineering to create industry-specific go-to-market messaging/collateral.
