Senior FP&A Analyst

Later is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to play a crucial role in guiding the company's financial strategy and decision-making processes. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing forecasts, and creating insightful reports to shape the company's strategic direction. The Senior FP&A Analyst will support Later’s growth by enabling data-driven decisions and optimizing financial performance.

The Senior FP&A Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide clear financial insights and actionable recommendations, helping the business scale efficiently and sustainably.

What this role involves:

• Developing and implementing financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning.
• Leading financial analysis for potential business opportunities, partnerships, and growth strategies.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analyses and KPI tracking.
• Conducting in-depth financial analysis to assess profitability, cash flow, and return on investment.
• Collaborating with accounting, operations, and marketing teams to align financial goals and metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA designation preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment.
• Proven track record of creating financial models and forecasts that support business decision-making.
• Strong proficiency with financial software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Excel) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-financial stakeholders.
