The Engineering Manager will lead a motivated team of skilled engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing. The position requires strong technical skills and the ability to collaborate with Product Managers, Data Engineers, and stakeholders.

Role involves:

• Coaching and mentoring Tech Leads.
• Helping Tech Leads in building their teams.
• Ensuring a balance between tech and product investment.
• Leading a culture of technical excellence.
• Driving initiatives or leading projects from the tech side.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Keen interest in internal product development.
• Leadership and team-building experience.
• Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
• Appreciation for efficient development processes.
• Back-end development experience, ideally with Java.
• Understanding of balance sheets, income statements, debit and credit.
