Bitpanda is seeking a Senior Product Manager for UK Localisation to drive the adaptation of its platform to meet the specific needs of the United Kingdom market. The role involves defining and localizing products and features to align with local user expectations, regulatory requirements, and cultural nuances. This position is crucial for Bitpanda's expansion and adoption across diverse regions, influencing the evolution of the platform to enhance its global reach.What this role involves:

• Leading the localisation of existing products and the development of new features.
• Overseeing the full product lifecycle for regional initiatives.
• Identifying new market opportunities and refining existing products.
• Coordinating and managing project work plans, budgets, and deliverables.
• Partnering closely with local and central teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to align on product requirements and delivery.
• Identifying and mitigating localisation-related risks.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in product leadership within fintech, trading, or crypto.
• Experience in adapting products for specific regions.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with large-scale consumer-facing web and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of market-specific trends and user behaviours.
