FP&A Graduate (Remote - Work from Anywhere)

Job Description

Xapo Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic FP&A Graduate to join their growing Finance team. This is a fully remote position where the employee can work from anywhere. The role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, directly contributing to strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets.
• Assist in the analysis of financial data to identify initial trends and provide supporting insights for business decisions.
• Help prepare and distribute regular financial reports, including variance analysis and performance summaries.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasting tools.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
• Support the preparation of business cases for new initiatives and investments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data.
• Learn to monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to identifying areas for improvement.
• Assist with aspects of the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving potential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with basic financial reporting and accounting concepts.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Genuine interest in fintech and the crypto space.
