Xapo Bank is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to play a crucial role in developing and executing the company’s content strategy. This is a fully remote position, allowing the successful candidate to work from anywhere.

The Content Specialist will report to the VP of Marketing and will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through effective content creation and distribution.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy.
  • Lead SEO efforts to increase visibility and organic search rankings.
  • Manage content production across various formats (blogs, white papers, video, social media).
  • Oversee the editorial calendar and ensure timely content publication.
  • Analyze content marketing data and SEO performance to refine strategies.
  • Own the content and design for Xapo Bank's website.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage content across all channels.
  • Lead and expand the content marketing team.
  • Foster relationships with key influencers and external partners.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in a similar role spanning content and organic marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in content marketing and SEO.
  • Video content creation, video production and editing skills would be highly beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Experience with content management systems, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience having worked in the Crypto industry.
