Tripadvisor is seeking a Lead Content Specialist to join their Trust and Safety team in London. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and compliance of user-generated content on the platform. The Lead Content Specialist will leverage analytics to moderate content, refine moderation processes, and align efforts with business objectives.

The role involves leading moderation projects, implementing innovative techniques, and contributing to KPIs related to content moderation. The candidate will also report on performance metrics, participate in team discussions, and produce detailed reports on moderation activities.

This is a hybrid position requiring 1 day per week in the London office.

Requirements:
