Job Description

Leaseweb is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their team in Frankfurt am Main. This role involves working in a 24/7 rotating shift system and provides an opportunity to contribute to the backbone of the cloud by ensuring infrastructure runs smoothly and reliably.

Role Involves:

• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of server operating systems (Linux, Windows-Server, VMware).
• Management of control panel software packs (cPanel, Plesk).
• Maintenance of networking equipment (switches, firewalls, load balancers).
• Oversight of power equipment (rack-PDU, rack-ATS).
• Professional communication and technical documentation in German and English.

Requirements:

• Strong command of Linux.
• Solid experience with hardware.
• Thorough understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with hosting environments.
• Basics in monitoring/ticketing tools.
• Driver's license.
