Job Description
The Student Hotel (TSH) is seeking a F&B Supervisor for their Berlin location. The F&B Supervisor will ensure guests have the best possible experience. They will work with the Front of House Manager, Hotel Manager, and community hosts to supervise all aspects of hotel operations. The role involves providing a welcoming atmosphere, excellent service in the restaurant and bars, and engaging with guests to make their stay memorable. TSH is known for breaking the rules in hospitality, offering a fun, creative, and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn, and play.
What this role involves:
- Supervising and working with front of house staff to assist guests.
- Providing excellent service in the restaurant and bars.
- Handling guest and team member questions or complaints.
- Keeping an overview of hotel operations and maintaining composure in challenging situations.
- Sharing knowledge and assisting team members.
- Connecting with the guest community and catering to their needs.
- Spreading smiles and good vibes.
Requirements:
- Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach.
- At least 1 year of hotel or team leading experience.
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Hardworking, responsible, and a proactive mentality.
- Ability to build, lead, and inspire motivated teams.
- Legal authorization to work in Germany.
