Job Description
Nourish is seeking a Credentialing Associate to support all credentialing operations. This role involves assisting with day-to-day tasks, maintaining and optimizing workflows, developing new processes, and ensuring the credentialing process runs smoothly. The Credentialing Associate will work cross-functionally with RCM, Payer Ops, Clinical Ops, and Customer Experience teams.
Role involves:
- Owning the end-to-end cycle completion of credentialing applications.
- Assisting in building NCQA compliant ongoing monitoring and delegation programs.
- Supporting efforts to streamline existing credentialing processes.
- Developing SOPs for new payer contracts and other credentialing processes.
- Collaborating with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Assisting in managing/uptraining the contract credentialing team.
- Helping track credentialing metrics and report on progress.
- Providing direct support to dietitians and payers.
- Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a credentialing and/or provider enrollment role.
- Familiarity with credentialing processes and payer and accreditation requirements.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Meticulous organization and detail-orientation.
- Tech-savviness and openness to learning new technologies.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and problem-solve.
