Job Description
Notion is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join their GTM Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building pipeline, generating revenue, and expanding Notion's most strategic customers. This role involves defining sales motions, providing customer feedback, and generating revenue to grow the sales business. Notion requires its employees to come to the office for three Anchor Days (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday).What This Role Involves:
  • Managing the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts.
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to meet new business targets.
  • Identifying and building relationships with executive sponsors and champions.
  • Conducting effective discovery sessions and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Creating and delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiating contractual terms and pricing.
  • Collaborating with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Maintaining detailed records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools.
  • Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with 2+ years in Enterprise.
  • Proven track record of closing $100k+ ACV deals and exceeding sales targets.
  • Extensive field-based enterprise software sales experience.
  • Proven ability to sell into C-Level (ideally CIO/CTO).
  • Experience in complex solution sales and consistently closing large figure deals.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • A builder mentality who thrives in collaborative environments.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage tasks and projects independently.
  • Ability to operate within the gray and find creative or out-of-the-box solutions.
