Senior Product Engineer (Backend) at Inbank

Inbank, a financial platform focused on embedded financing solutions, is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to join their product engineering team in Vilnius. The successful candidate will contribute to building the next iteration of Inbank's platform, with a focus on revamping the current setup and migrating away from legacy systems. This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership within a sandbox environment.

Role Involves:

• Developing Inbank systems.
• Integrating 3rd party services.
• Building APIs for integrations.
• Participating in overall architecture and system design.
• Championing best practices across the team.
• Building well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
• Participating in code reviews.
• Documenting, shipping, and owning the code.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Software Developer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of back-end development and design patterns.
• Proficiency with Java.
• Solid experience with SQL.
• High level of self-organization, ownership, and responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Experience in the financial sector is a bonus.
