Job Description
Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team as a Supervising Clinician. This role involves upholding the company's clinical values and respecting the values of clients by practicing Applied Behavior Analysis aligned with the Foundations of Care model. The Supervising Clinician will oversee ABA Therapy and provide guidance to Behavior Technicians, ensuring clinical standards are met.
Role Involves:
- Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
- Training and managing a team of Behavior Technicians.
- Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
- Developing child-specific behavior plans.
- Leading and maintaining staff.
- Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in acceptance with BACB guidelines.
- Completion of 8-hour supervision course or willingness to complete within first 30 days.
- BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
- Active state license, in good standing, when applicable.
- 1+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Previous supervision experience is preferred.
- Crisis management experience is preferred.
