Job Description
Dataiku is seeking a Business Operations Intern to join their Revenue Operations team. This is a 6-month assignment based in London. The intern will help drive operational efficiency, improve reporting, and support strategic initiatives. Dataiku is a company that provides an AI platform for organizations. They are looking for someone with strong analytical and organizational skills. The ideal candidate should be excited to work in a fast-paced environment.
Role involves:
- Supporting field teams in their day-to-day operations
- Supporting data analysis and reporting on key revenue metrics
- Maintaining and building dashboards to track performance
- Assisting in maintaining and improving CRM and sales tech stack workflows
- Assisting in data cleaning, data validation, and ongoing data management
- Helping document and optimize GTM processes
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (SQL, BI tools, or Python a plus)
- Detail-oriented and comfortable managing and cleaning large data sets
- Experience with dashboard creation using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar is a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics and go-to-market strategies is a plus
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on, resourceful, and proactive with a strong problem-solving mindset
