Job Description
Unispace Life Sciences is seeking a Senior Associate, Design to join their team. The ideal candidate will transform and create workplaces for clients, partner with the Business Development Principal and Construction team, and lead project teams in managing design work from concept to construction. They will also oversee and mentor junior staff, produce bid packages, coordinate with clients and consultants, and contribute to the company's culture of equality and innovation.

Requirements:
- 10-12+ years of professional experience in interiors
- Exceptional ability to work with project teams
- Strong Revit and Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Experience in corporate interiors
- Ability to prepare technical drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of building codes
- Skills in budgeting, cost planning, and project timelines
- Adept at Design Proposal writing
