Job Description
OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Project Manager in Manila, Philippines, to lead the development of innovative brand strategies, creative concepts, and end-to-end campaign execution. The Project Manager will orchestrate cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across creative, production, and client service functions. This role requires strategic foresight, leadership, and the ability to navigate challenges while maintaining creative excellence. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment with business objectives while optimizing resources for maximum efficiency and impact. They should also have a passion for and be inquisitive about AI and new technologies.
  • Own and drive high-profile, integrated creative projects.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop actionable roadmaps.
  • Liaise with clients to determine campaign scope and produce estimates and schedules.
  • Schedule projects and source resources.
  • Ensure projects follow the agency process and are completed on time and on budget.
  • Provide job reporting to ensure projects are running correctly to budget and schedule.
Requirements:
  • Experience managing digital and integrated campaigns in a creative and production agency (3+ years).
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and resources effectively.
  • Excellent client engagement skills.
  • Previous experience of Project Budget Management and Scheduling.
  • Previous experience of Resource and Production services sourcing.
