Via is seeking a Strategy & Operations Principal/General Manager to manage an intermodal transit service in New York City. This role involves entrepreneurship, business development, and operations management. The Strategy & Operations Principal will be responsible for managing the on-site daily operations of Via’s service on behalf of their partner. They will prioritize operational issues, provide solutions for scheduling, and manage the on-site team. The Principal will also develop relationships with driver partners, customers, community leaders, and local organizations.
