Field Operations Specialist

Job Description

Via is seeking a Field Operations Specialist to support its frontline teams in Los Angeles. This role involves building and owning key processes to ensure driver success, from onboarding to real-time issue resolution. The Field Operations Specialist will work primarily from the Sun Valley office, with occasional travel to the Gardena office.Via is using technology to transform transportation around the world. From changing a single person’s daily commute to reducing humanity’s collective environmental footprint - they’ve got huge goals.What this role involves:

• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the driver workforce.
• Responding quickly to onsite issues and driver concerns.
• Overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Serving as a point of contact for frontline employee support.
• Partnering with internal teams to roll out policies.
• Identifying friction points and implementing process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, operations, HR, or a similar role.
• Comfort with ambiguity and changing needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Based in the Los Angeles area.
