Líder de Vendas - Inside Sales (Inbound/Outbound - Rio de Janeiro)

Stone is seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Leader to manage an Inside Sales team in Rio de Janeiro. Stone is a technology and financial services company focused on the customer. Responsibilities:

• Managing deliveries, indicators, operational results, and routines of the team.
• Analyzing indicators and building action plans.
• Developing the team through the construction of structured PDIs and action plans.
• Understanding the market.
• Contributing with new insights regarding flows, processes, and results.
• Carrying out projects focused on process improvement.
• Training new employees.
• Participating in the hiring process of new agents.
• Conducting routine meetings with the team.
• Ensuring the quality of the team's sales process.

Requirements:

• Previous leadership experience (minimum 6 months).
• Bachelor's degree.
• Excel knowledge for generating reports and complex indicator analysis.
• Communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to articulate problems with different audiences.
• Proactivity to learn and improve continuously.
