Lush is seeking a Part-Time Floor Leader for their Promenade at Chenal location in Little Rock, Arkansas. The Floor Leader will support the Store Management Team in driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring operational excellence. This role involves leading and inspiring a team of sales associates, coaching them on sales techniques and product knowledge, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

The Floor Leader will also be responsible for managing cash handling, maintaining store visuals, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business practices.

Responsibilities:

• Driving sales and achieving sales goals
• Delivering a world-class customer experience
• Educating customers on Lush brand values
• Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors
• Managing cash handling and store opening/closing procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organized store

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
• Problem-solving skills related to customer service
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
