Job Description
Project A is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant - GTM to join their Sales & Go-To-Market team. This role involves scaling and implementing sales, growth, and go-to-market strategies across various industries, from B2B SaaS to e-commerce and robotics. The consultant will lead impactful projects, develop scalable strategies, and drive growth by reshaping sales organizations and building high-performing teams.

Role Involves:
  • Developing tailored sales, growth, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Analyzing existing sales structures and testing new GTM approaches.
  • Implementing improvements in customer segmentation, channel strategy, and sales excellence.
  • Evaluating and implementing CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Designing and conducting workshops and training sessions.
  • Advancing Project A’s best practices in sales and GTM.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Exploring new sales approaches, including AI-driven tools.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, revenue operations, or go-to-market, preferably in a startup or consulting environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Interest in modern commercial tech stacks, such as CRM or lead enrichment tools.
  • Proficiency in German (C2 level) and English (C1 level).
  • Valid EU work permit.
