Seasonal Graphics Production Assistant

Job Description

The NFL Media Design Group is seeking a Seasonal Graphics Production Assistant to provide operational, technical, and archival support. This is an entry-level position where the individual will prepare and deliver assets to various departments within or outside the facility and serve as operational coverage for the Media Design Group. The Production Assistant will work under the supervision of the Post-Production Graphics Supervisor and collaborate closely with creative, production, and operational leaders.Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and formatting headshots and images.
• Acquiring graphic elements for graphics packages.
• Assisting with sound design.
• Coordinating versioning, formatting, and QC of animated graphics.
• Delivering assets to end users.
• Capturing aired material for reference.
• Fielding stock footage requests.
• Addressing file issues with the server.
• Flagging file path or file character compliance issues.
• Facilitating project archives and restores.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of post-production and motion graphic terminology/formats.
• Organizational and project coordination skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
