Remote is seeking a Customer Care Associate to support its standard users. This role involves providing customer support across various verticals and product areas through email and live messaging channels.   • Solving tickets per week across various Remote verticals
  • Maintaining productivity standards with high attention to detail
  • Responding within agreed Service Level time to standard tickets via email and live messaging
  • Collaborating with Customer Success, cross-vertical operational teams, and Sales
Requirements:
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Customer Support or Customer Enablement
  • Experience using CRM tools
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
  • Strong interest in modern web technologies and applications
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
