Job Description
Vonage is seeking a Carrier Operations Analyst to oversee compliance-related initiatives within the Carrier Operations department. This role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure compliance tasks are completed accurately and on time, aligning with regulatory requirements and business goals.
The role involves:
- End-to-end project coordination of compliance operations deliverables.
- Acting as a liaison between cross-functional teams.
- Managing planning, tracking, and execution of compliance activities.
- Maintaining a calendar of regulatory and carrier obligations.
- Supporting the documentation and tracking of compliance project outcomes.
- Creating reporting automation requests and maintaining dashboards in Tableau.
- Building repeatable project frameworks for new regulatory onboarding.
- Monitoring aggregate compliance workload across tools.
- Supporting registration and certification workflows.
- Escalating regulatory or carrier issues to leadership.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in project or program management.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with compliance or telecom processes.
- Experience using Confluence/JIRA, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Ability to track and report on concurrent streams of work.
- Comfortable translating tactical delivery into high-level updates.
