QA (Tester) Outsystems

Job Description

NEORIS, a digital accelerator with over 20 years of experience, is seeking a QA (Tester) Outsystems to join their team. The role is hybrid and based in Rio de Janeiro. NEORIS has over 4,000 professionals in 11 countries, fostering a multicultural startup culture that cultivates innovation and continuous learning.Responsibilities:

• Elaborate test plans, cases, and scripts for OutSystems applications.
• Execute functional, regression, performance, and security tests.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and improvements.
• Work in partnership with developers and analysts to ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Participate in planning and requirements review meetings.
• Contribute to test automation, when applicable.
• Maintain updated and organized test documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a full QA (Tester) in OutSystems applications.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and quality assurance processes.
• Knowledge of automated and manual testing tools.
• Good communication, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of databases and integrations is a plus.
