FP&A Analyst (Maternity Cover)

Job Description

Rimes is seeking a highly motivated FP&A Analyst for a maternity cover position in London. The FP&A Analyst will business partner with stakeholders to aggregate data into a cohesive narrative and gain extensive exposure to the C-suite executive team.

What this role involves:

• Supporting C-suite executives and operational management in achieving growth and efficiency objectives.
• Assisting with the annual budget and monthly forecasts for ACV, revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow.
• Developing and maintaining KPI dashboards and operational reports.
• Preparing board reports with insightful commentary on business performance drivers.
• Participating in strategic and mid-term planning, including financial modeling.
• Contributing to the M&A Task Force, including due diligence and integration planning.

Who is suitable for this role:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) with Big 4 training.
• Excel expert with experience in processing and analyzing large datasets.
• Proficient in data manipulation tools (Alteryx, PowerQuery, SQL).
• Excellent communication and PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
• High EQ and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with TMT clients and/or Private Equity investors.
• Familiarity with subscription-based, recurring revenue businesses and SaaS metrics.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and a committed team player.
